OFFICE VISITS
New Patients
New Patient Telehealth (1 Hour). . . $225
Includes review of history and symptoms, lab orders, and treatment plan. NP telehealth does not include Food Intolerance Evaluation. This highly recommended service is $175 but can be added to your NP telehealth for $125. Note, this may extend the time of your appointment.
Comprehensive (90 Minutes) . . . $325
For new patients with chronic or complex health problems. Includes comprehensive history, physical exam, dietary evaluation, and laboratory testing recommendations as appropriate. At the end of this visit, the patient will be given a treatment plan, which may include hydrotherapy, homeopathy, herbal formulas, supplements, and other treatment modalities.
Abbreviated New Patient (45 Minutes) . . . $225
This new patient visit is appropriate for a single health concern and includes limited history, physical exams, and laboratory testing recommendations as appropriate. The price of this visit does not include a dietary evaluation.
Well Woman New Patient (1 Hour). . . $225
Standard well-woman office visit and exam. Cost includes physical exams (blood pressure screening; pelvic & breast); thorough history; lifestyle guidance; and ordering labs* including annual screenings, Pap, STI if warranted, and any additional as needed; and recommendations for osteoporosis screening (DEXA scan); mammography; or thermography as needed.
*Please note that the fee for this visit does not include lab charges.
Pediatric New Patient (1 Hour) . . . $225
Acute Visit (30 Minutes) . . . $125
This appointment is meant to address one specific, acute concern.
Dietary Evaluation (30 Minutes) . . . $175
30 minute visit limited to completing a dietary evaluation and patient education regarding what to expect when results are received.

Standard Reevaluation (45 minutes) . . . $175
Abbreviated Reevaluation (30 minutes) . . . $ 125
Abbreviated Acute Visit (15 minutes) . . . $ 65
A “quick look” regarding acute concern.
Well Woman (45 minutes) . . .$195 - $225
Standard well woman exam.
