New Patients​

Comprehensive (90 Minutes) ... $325
For new patients with chronic or complex health problems. Includes comprehensive history, physical exam, dietary evaluation, and laboratory testing recommendations as appropriate. At the end of this visit, the patient will be given a treatment plan, which may include hydrotherapy, homeopathy, herbal formulas, supplements, and other treatment modalities.

Abbreviated New Patient (45 Minutes) ... $225
This new patient visit is appropriate for a single health concern and includes limited history, physical exams, and laboratory testing recommendations as appropriate. The price of this visit does not include a dietary evaluation.

Well Woman New Patient (1 Hour) ... $225

Standard well-woman office visit and exam. Cost includes physical exams (blood pressure screening; pelvic & breast); thorough history; lifestyle guidance; and ordering labs* including annual screenings, Pap, STI if warranted, and any additional as needed; and recommendations for osteoporosis screening (DEXA scan); mammography; or thermography as needed.

*Please note that the fee for this visit does not include lab charges.

Pediatric New Patient (1 Hour) ... $225

​This appointment establishes a child (age 0-17 years, depending on complexity) as a patient under Dr. Julianna’s care. It includes review of medical history and current complaints, dietary evaluation for either the patient, or if the patient is a breastfeeding infant, that evaluation can be
transferred to the patient’s mother, physical exams, ordering of indicated lab work, and
recommendations for improving health including nutrition, herbal, and homeopathic
medicines. This appointment can include vaccine counseling.

Acute Visit (30 Minutes) ... $125
This appointment is meant to address one specific, acute concern.

Dietary Evaluation (30 Minutes) ... $175
30 minute visit limited to completing a dietary evaluation and patient education regarding what to expect when results are received.

Battlefield Technique ... $75

Battlefield technique uses insertion of semi-permanent needles, or less often, ear seeds, to stimulate healing and a return to homeostasis (calming overactive systems and stimulating under-active systems). Some conditions are helped immediately, and some over the course of several days. In some conditions the treatment must be repeated, and in others a single treatment is all that's needed. This can help with: Pain, Mental/Emotional, Stress, Addiction, etc.

Specialty Services

Specialty services are open to established Salmon Creek Clinic patients, referred patients, and new patients. New patients may book craniosacral therapy and NET after a complimentary consult call to make sure it’s the right fit; pelvic floor therapy begins after an office visit or referral.

Specialty Services Consult Call (15 Minutes) ... Complimentary

A brief phone call to talk through your concerns and goals and make sure the service is the right fit. Required for new patients before craniosacral therapy or NET; available to anyone unsure where to start.

Pelvic Floor Therapy – Initial Treatment (90 Minutes) ... $225

For established patients or those referred for pelvic floor care. Since your health history has already been reviewed, this first session is focused on treatment, with time at the start to talk through your symptoms, goals, and comfort level. Care is trauma-informed and paced by you, with consent at every step. Pelvic floor therapy may help with pelvic pain, painful periods, low back pain, coccyx (tailbone) pain, painful intercourse, urinary leakage or urgency, constipation, and pregnancy and postpartum recovery. This work also honors the energetic side of the pelvis, a place where the body often holds stress and past trauma, and many patients find it supports emotional as well as physical release. You’ll leave with a personalized treatment plan, including home exercises to continue your progress between visits.

Pelvic Floor Therapy – Follow-Up (60 Minutes) ... $175

Hands-on treatment building on your care plan, with progress check-ins and an updated treatment plan and home exercises as you progress.

Pelvic Floor Therapy – 3-Visit Package ... $500 (save $75)

Most patients benefit from a series of visits to see lasting change. This package includes your initial visit and two follow-up sessions, and is the recommended way to begin pelvic floor care.

Craniosacral Therapy (45 Minutes) ... $100

A gentle, hands-on therapy that uses light touch on the body to calm the nervous system and release tension in the body. Craniosacral therapy may support people experiencing stress, headaches, insomnia, neck and back tension, or recovery from injury.

Neuroemotional Technique (NET) (60 Minutes) ... $150

A gentle mind-body technique for releasing emotions stored in the body. The body remembers what we’ve been through, and unresolved emotional stress can show up as chronic stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain, or a wide range of physical symptoms. NET uses muscle testing to find where the body is holding on and helps it let go. It can support both long-standing patterns and more recent, acute concerns.

Includes review of history and symptoms, lab orders, and treatment plan. Food Intolerance Evaluation is not included in the cost of the visit. This highly recommended service is discounted when ordered at new patient visits ($125 down from $175).

New Patient Pediatric Telehealth (45 min) ... $195

Visit establishes care with Dr. Julianna and is appropriate for treatment of health concerns, vaccine counseling, and for a first well-visit.
