About Us

Jared L. Zeff, ND, LAc. is a licensed doctor of naturopathic medicine and a licensed acupuncturist. In addition to maintaining a private practice, Dr. Zeff currently teaches at the Bastyr University, College of Naturopathic Medicine in Seattle.

After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California in 1974, Dr. Zeff graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in 1979, and from the Emperor’s College of Traditional Oriental Medicine in 1987. In 1988 he accepted the position of Academic Dean at National College which he held until 1993, when he returned to full-time practice.

Dr. Zeff is considered a traditionalist, practicing a classical form of naturopathic medicine. He began a private practice in McMinnville, Oregon, based around obstetrics and family medicine. In 1993 he moved his practice to the Portland area, and in 2001 moved to Vancouver. He currently works primarily with chronic disease.

He was named “Naturopathic Physician of the Year” in 1989 for his contribution to the development of naturopathic clinical theory. In April, 2002, he was given the first Lifetime Achievement Award of the Northwest Naturopathic Physicians Association for his contributions to naturopathic medical education.

Lauren Zeff, LMP is a graduate of East West College of Massage in Portland, 2004, and is licensed in Oregon and Washington. Using Swedish, deep tissue and trigger point massage, she focuses on the balance between soft tissue relaxation and the restoration of function.

 

Dr. Neale was born and raised in Panther Valley, a small town in upstate New Jersey. In 2004, she graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in microbiology with a pre-medicine emphasis. In June 2010 she fulfilled her dream of becoming a Naturopathic Physician by graduating from the National College of Natural Medicine, with her Naturopathic Doctorate and Honors in Research. Dr. Neale is delighted to announce that in March 2011 she joined Dr. Jared Zeff and the team at Salmon Creek Clinic in Vancouver, Washington where her focus is women's health.

Dr. Neale is passionate about holistic and sustainable healthcare and she enjoys sharing her passion with her patients. Dr. Neale empowers her patients to take ownership of their health so they can enjoy a sustainable lifestyle. She gives her patients substantiated information so they can make educated decisions about their health. Her commitment to sustainability goes beyond the treatment room. Dr. Neale believes in sustainability and holism as a way of life. She continually strives to live the medicine she practices and embody its foundational principles each day.
